There are plenty of international titles to peruse on Netflix, one of which is a South Korean television series called Private Lives.
What is K-drama Private Lives about?
As reported by IMDb, the series follows a group of con artists who uncover a sinister surveillance scheme. Up against the government and a malicious corporation, the characters must interfere in order to keep their lives from turning upside down. It sounds like the series includes themes of deceit, greed, and corporate espionage. According to Meaww, the concept of privacy is also central to the show.
The series became available on Netflix on October 7. There are currently two episodes available and more episodes will be coming out each week. There will be 16 episodes in the first season of Private Lives. Not a lot of shows on Netflix use that format, so it will be interesting to see how the series progresses!
