You can watch Vampires vs. The Bronx is less than 24 hours on Netflix

Ready for a horror-comedy to get you in the mood for Halloween? Vampires vs. The Bronx is going to be on Netflix tonight.

You’ll be able to start streaming the movie from 3:01 a.m. ET. That means you’re only waiting until 12:01 a.m. if you’re on the west coast.

This is a movie that’s going to be worth streaming. It’s also something that’s good for some of the kids in your family, so choose it for family movie night this week.

What is Vampires vs. The Bronx about?

What would you do if your neighborhood was being overrun by vampires? The majority of people would likely run the other way. However, this is The Bronx, and this group of teenagers will do whatever it takes to protect their neighborhood.

They are most certainly armed with stakes, crucifixes and garlic (can’t forget the garlic), ready to take on the undead. Hey, there are a lot of cliche vampire moments in Vampires vs. The Bronx, but don’t hold that against it.

Oh, and they may or may not have a local gang after them at the same time. That’s going to cause a few problems, but will the gang get on the teens’ side when they realize the truth?

Vampires vs. The Bronx trailer

The trailer certainly sets the tone for the movie. This is one of those that doesn’t mind giving you something to laugh at, but underneath, there is a social conscious. There are a few lessons to be learned. And there are some things that go bump in the night.

It’s something light to start off the month. After you’ve watched it once, it’ll probably be added to your watch-list for every Halloween, especially where the kids are involved. There isn’t long left before you can check it out.
