Scandal and Royal Pains are among the titles leaving Netflix in May 2020, so make sure you binge-watch all your favorite titles before they’re gone.

Have you ever added a show to your watch list on Netflix with the good intentions of watching when you had the time but for whatever reason, you just haven’t started watching yet? That definitely applies to me for many shows and movies on Netflix, especially Scandal, which I’ve meant to watch for a handful of years.

And now my feet are to the fire because Scandal is leaving Netflix on May 18.

Time is running out to watch the Shonda Rhimes drama that helped make Thursday nights on ABC one of the best nights to watch TV along with Grey’s Anatomy and How to Get Away with Murder.

So if you’re like me and have meant to watch Scandal on Netflix but just haven’t done so yet, the clock is ticking. What better time than now to watch Scandal on Netflix too with many people sheltering in place due to the coronavirus pandemic sweeping the country.

Scandal aired their series finale in April of 2018 but for many fans of the series, they make it a weekly part of their lives still through Netflix.

Whether you’ve never watched, you’ve watched some seasons or you’ve watched every episode at least once, now is a perfect time to binge-watch the political drama before it’s off Netflix for good.

Fans who subscribe to other streaming services won’t be affected because Scandal will find another streaming home. But this is part of the streaming business and those who have been long-time Netflix subscribers know there are monthly arrivals and the monthly defections of titles.

In addition to Scandal, Royal Pains will also see all eight seasons leaving next month.
