5 good Netflix shows to watch on Christmas Eve

3. The Great British Baking Show: Holidays
The Great British Baking Show (or The Great British Bake Off) is known for being one of the gentlest shows on television. We’re not talking the critiques from the judges. The series is famous for its warm atmosphere. The Great British Baking Show isn’t focused on contestants fighting each other to the death. Instead, it just assembles likable contestants, a warm host, and some technical challenges that will leave you actually hungry.
Needless to say, there’s no wonder why there’s a holiday version of the show. The Great British Baking Show: Holidays follows much of the same format as its parent series. The series captures the joy and warmth of GBBO back in its heyday while upping the holiday cheer by tenfold. As the holiday season is one of festive treats, then The Great British Baking Show: Holidays will maybe get your through that Christmas Eve family cookie swap.
Instead of new contestants, Holidays sees the return of fan favorites from GBBO making their return. Can we get a “yes please?” We need to know how some of our faves are doing. If you want to see how Tamal Ray or Jane Beedle are doing, then his is a definitely a treat to sink your teeth into.
