Disney Plus has dozens of great movies streaming, but with Christmas coming tomorrow, it’s time to watch some great movies, especially those of the Christmas variety.

Below, you’ll find our list of the top movies to watch on Disney Plus on Christmas Eve!

1. Frozen (2013)

Director: Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee

Writer: Jennifer Lee

Starring the voice talents of Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel, Jonathan Groff, Josh Gad, Santino Fontana, Alan Tudyk, Ciarán Hinds, and Chris Williams.

The story centers around two sisters named Anna and Elsa who were very close until an accident that almost killed Anna. It seems that Elsa has inherited some unusual powers over Ice and snow and while they were playing, Elsa hit Anna with her power nearly killing her. Afraid she would hurt her again, Elsa hid from Anna until the time when Elsa was crowned Queen. On that day Anna thought they would become close again and was excited about it.

Elsa wasn’t as excited, because it meant she had to pretend to be normal through the coronation and the ensuing celebratory party afterward. Anna had met the man of her dreams and wanted Elsa’s permission to marry, but Elsa said no. During the rising argument, Elsa loses control of her power and turns the weather of the entire town to winter and runs away in shame and embarrassment.

Feeling partly to blame for Elsa’s actions, she joins forces with a mountaineer Kristoff and his pet reindeer to bring Elsa home. Frozen is a great family movie because, in the end, it is about family. Frozen is a movie that can be enjoyed by everyone and is an awesome movie for the holidays.
