15. Ginny and Georgia

Premiere date: TBA

Cutting away from horror and the supernatural, let’s have a look at Ginny and Georgia, Netflix’s upcoming teen drama. Set to star are Antonia Gentry and Brianne Howey. The series is unique for many reasons, not only the concept. It actually brings a lot of newcomers together.

Ginny and Georgia will see first-time showrunner Debra J. Fisher (Criminal Minds) working with first-time creator Sarah Lampert. The cast also introduces newcomer Antonia Gentry, who will portray the role of Ginny, while Howey takes on the character of Georgia.

Unfortunately, with production still happening to this day, there is not much about the series to know. Expect for news once the new year arrives. For the moment, we at least have a synopsis.

Ginny and Georgia will follow Ginny Miller and her mother Georgia. This won’t be your average or typical mother-daughter duo, though, you’re about to meet a strange two! Ginny is an awkward 15-year-old who feels (and often acts) more mature than her mother Georgia, who is 30-years-old.

The two have been on the move for years, until Georgia decides to plant their roots in New England, hoping to start a normal life. But it won’t be as simply, sunny, or easy as it sounds. There’s a reason why they have always been on the road, and Georgia’s past will soon remind her of this. But Georgia is willing to do anything to protect her daughter and herself.
