New on Netflix this week: A Christmas Prince, V-Wars and more

This week is the start of a new month, which means a ton of new shows and movies will be added to Netflix. Check out the full list here!

Now that one holiday is over (at least for the US) and you’ve eaten enough to put you in multiple food comas, it’s time to watch something on Netflix. Luckily, there are plenty of new shows and movies coming to the streaming service. It doesn’t matter whether you’re looking for a holiday romance, a new vampire series, or a new dramatic film, Netflix has something new for you this week.

The third installment of the Christmas Prince films is here! A Christmas Prince: The Royal Baby is hitting Netflix Dec. 5. Now that Amber and Richard have fallen in love and gotten married, a baby is on the way. But that doesn’t mean their lives are drama-free. They’re hosting royals from another kingdom to renew a truce, but when the treaty that started it all goes missing, peace in Aldovia is threatened.

If you’re more in the mood for a dystopian series with vampires, V-Wars is right up your alley! It comes to Netflix Dec. 5. Ian Somerhalder stars in the series, but this time he’s not playing a vampire. He plays Dr. Luther Swann who is dealing with a virus that ultimately leads to a war between humans and vampires.

Or perhaps you’re looking for something a little more serious? Marriage Story, starring Adam Driver and Scarlett Johansson, comes to Netflix on Dec. 6. The Noah Baumbach-directed film follows a married couple as they divorce while living on opposite sides of the United States.
