11. Santa Paws 2: The Santa Pups

What’s better than furry puppers? Santa dogs, of course, and that’s what you can see in Santa Paws 2: The Santa Pups. And it gets even better because these puppies talk too! What more could you ask for?

The movie begins with Mrs. Paws giving birth to four puppies named Hope, Jingle, Charity, and Noble. Four months later, the pups grow into their own personalities. Hope is always ready for action, Jingle loves to sing but not exactly on pitch, Charity doesn’t know how to share, and Noble pretends to lead his sisters, but they really lead him.

They all go to school together where they are taught by elves. But the day takes a turn when Noble asks if he and his sisters can have their own magic crystals Unfortunately, the answer is no. They must understand the true meaning of Christmas to receive one.

They are then taken on a field trip to the cave of the Great Christmas Icicle where they learn how magic is used and how the Christmas Magic in the icicle is used to create the crystals. But that doesn’t change the pups’ ways.

When Mrs. Claus goes away to Pineville, Noble decides to take another dog’s magic crystal and then fly away to prove he’s ready for his own crystal. His sisters go along with him. While in the town of Pineville, he begins granting wishes. Unfortunately, he grants a wish for all the Christmas spirit to disappear.

With no Christmas spirit, the pups are soon picked up by a dog catcher and taken to the pound. While there, they must convince Brutus, the dog catcher’s dog, to help them escape. He agrees but only if they get Santa to take him off the naughty list. It’s not his fault his owner has no Christmas spirit.

Once they all escape, they find Mrs. Claus and with her help, they do their best to bring Christmas Spirit back to the town. They are soon able to reverse the wish and head back to the North Pole. The movie ends with the pups all singing about the true meaning of Christmas is.

Pups, magic, Christmas, joy, and hope. How much more enjoyment and cuteness could you want in one movie? This is definitely one you want to check out.
