1. Let It Snow

Netflix is really coming out with all the holiday films this year. There are a ton of new films releasing in both November and December, and that includes a film based on the New York Times bestselling novel made up of different novellas by John Green, Maureen Johnson, and Lauren Myracle. It’s called Let It Snow.

The film follows a group of high school students living their separate lives but who ultimately come together when a snowstorm hits their small midwestern town on Christmas Eve. Their friendships and love lives bring them all together on Christmas morning when they realize that what transpired the day before has changed their lives forever.

One storyline leads to two strangers sharing a kiss after they hike through the middle of nowhere after being left stranded while another story brings together old friends to  a Waffle House where they eventually realize they love each other.

Or maybe you’re more interested in the couple who find love when one of them is working the early morning shift at Starbucks and the other walks in to get their morning brew? There is a story for everyone in this movie.

All these different narratives come together in this heartwarming, romantic, and funny film showing what the holidays can bring when you least expect it. If any of this stuff really happened during a snowstorm, people might actually look forward to them.
