15. Christmas Break-In

If you’re looking for a fun kid’s movie to watch during the holidays, Christmas Break-In might be just the film you want. The movie follows a nine-year-old, Izzy, who is left at school by her parents who have scheduled too many things and are running late. It also happens to be the last day before Christmas break aka the worst day they could possibly leave her at school (and this doesn’t seem to be the first time based on her parent’s reactions).

Everything would have gone fine and her parents would have picked her up eventually, but then a blizzard comes to town. Stuck at school, Izzy sees things she normally wouldn’t see, including a group of villains freezing in an ice cream truck and the janitor and one of Izzy’s friends being kidnapped by them. Who are these villains? They are three criminals who are on the run.

As the only person around, it’s up to Izzy to save the day. What can she do? If you’ve ever seen Home Alone, you probably have a few ideas.

Christmas Break-In stars Denise Richards, Danny Glover, Cameron Seely, Katrina Begin, Sean O’Bryan, Douglas Spain, Lexi Giovagnoli, and Jake Van Wagoner

If you’re looking for a fun film that both you and your kids will enjoy, this is definitely one you want to watch.
