Snow White and Prince Charming

Snow and Charming’s first meeting (both times)

The original True Love couple. You can’t help but love their love. Technically, they had two first meetings (or three if you count the one in the season 3 finale. Yeah the Once Upon a Time timeline is complicated). But in the very first one, they never see each other’s faces, but when their hands touch, a True Love sapling forms. This scene just further showed how strong their bond really is.

And when they actually do meet face to face, it’s not the stuff of fairy tales. Their first meeting is so different from what you would expect to see for a princess and her prince, but that’s the beauty of Once Upon a Time. It takes these fairy tale characters’ stories and flips them around. The first meeting is definitely iconic.

Snow wears the ring

As a joke, Snow tries on Ruth’s wedding ring. Just look at Josh Dallas’ face, I love how he played that scene. You can see the emotions written all over his face. And the reluctance on both their ends to leave each other… it’s such a great moment. The ring most definitely turned out to be Snow’s style.

Snow and Charming write to each other

When the Evil Queen curses their hearts, there’s a twist to the sleeping curse. Only one of them can be awake at a time. They find a way to write/record videos for each other though. The sequence of them writing to each other starts off optimistic, but then we can see how difficult it becomes that they can’t be together. This couple always gets separated, but they also always manage to find their way back to each other.
