5 good TV shows to watch this weekend on Netflix: Mindhunter season 2 and more

There is plenty of new TV shows for us to watch this weekend on Netflix. Here are the five you really don’t want to miss out on.

Over the last few days, Netflix dropped a ton of new content on its streaming platform, with some big-name Netflix Originals among them. The weekend is obviously the perfect time to binge-watch TV shows and here are the perfect five to get started with.

All of the TV shows listed below are available right now. So, if any of them jump off the screen at you, you will be able to start streaming the show straight away. There is also something here for everyone as well, with family TV shows, serial killer TV shows and more.

1. 45 rpm

It’s being described as the hidden gem on Netflix. 45 rpm is a Spanish-language Netflix Original and if it is anything like its fellow originals from Spain, Elite and Money Heist, this is a guaranteed success.

Set in the 60s, the series follows record producer Guillermo Rojas who is taking a risk by investing in a new genre of music; rock n’ roll.

2. Diagnosis season 1

Premiering for the very first time, Diagnosis season 1 is a first for television as the series beings a New York Times Magazine column to life. Impossible to treat conditions and head-scratching diagnoses will be looked at in this Netflix original, which will no doubt be either a huge hit or major flop.

If you’re a fan of medical dramas, then it will most likely be up your alley.

3. Better Than Us

Another first for Netflix, Better Than Us is the first-ever Russian Language original to come to the platform. However, that is not the reason why you need to watch. It’s the Westworld vibes the series is giving that makes it worth watching.

Set in the world of Better, “Bots,” which are human robots, exist and are part of day-to-day lives. One bot comes under the microscope by a number of different parties however and unfortunately for the family in possession of the Bot, they too have been caught in the crossfire.

4. Super Monsters Back to School

More episodes of Super Monsters are available the stream this weekend and the kids will be welcoming a new monster; Vida. As they welcome her to her new home, they also help her through the first day of school as well.

5. Mindhunter season 2

One of the biggest Netflix originals of the month, never mind the weekend, is officially available to watch on Netflix right now.

Without a doubt Netflix’s best show when it comes to serial killers, Holden Ford is back and tackling some of the worst serial killers ever to exist. From Charles Manson, the Atlanta Child Murders, and the BTK Killer prepare to be on the edge of your seat as Holden not only profiles the killers but fight his own personal demons as well.
