Stranger Things 3 is coming to Netflix tonight

Stranger Things 3 premieres on Netflix tonight at midnight PT. Will you be staying up late to watch the new season on Netflix?

Your wait for Stranger Things 3 is almost over! The new season of Netflix’s best original series is coming to the streaming service late tonight/early tomorrow morning, depending on where you live.

Stranger Things 3 will be added to Netflix at 12:01 a.m. PT on Thursday, July 4. If you live on the West Coast of the United States, all you have to do is stay up until midnight to start your binge-watch of the new season. And, I highly recommend you do that, especially if you have the Fourth of July off from work!

If you live in the middle of the US or on the East Coast, you have to stay up until 2 a.m. C and 3 a.m. ET, respectively, to start your binge-watch of Stranger Things 3.

This is the same time Netflix releases most of their original movies and shows, and it’s almost always a bummer for those living on the East Coast. It’s almost better to just plan on getting up early to start your binge-watch than stay up until 3 a.m. to start watching a TV show. If you’re going to do it for any show, though, Stranger Things 3 is that one!

For those in the United Kingdom, you can start watching Stranger Things 3 just after 8 a.m. on Thursday, July 4.

The new season of the Netflix series is the biggest TV event of the summer! As I’ve mentioned before, I’ve seen more promotion and excitement for this new season than any movie coming this summer, too. And, that’s saying something with The Lion King and Spider-Man: Far From Home on the way soon.

The new season begins in the summer of 1985 in Hawkins, Indiana. Our young heroes, also known as The Party, are getting older, and they are about to start high school.

Millie Bobby Brown, Noah Schnapp, Finn Wolfhard, Caleb McLaughlin, Gaten Matarazzo and Sadie Sink are back for the new season, along with fan favorites Joe Keery, Charlie Heaton, Natalia Dyer,  Dacre Montgomery, and Priah Ferguson. There are a few new younger faces in the new season, as well, including Maya Hawke and Francesca Reale.

According to Netflix, the teens struggle with growing up as interests change and other relationships form. Will they be able to overcome these differences? We’ll find out in the new season very soon!

Of course, Winona Ryder and David Harbour are back in the new season, too!
