Richard Madden – Bodyguard

The life of a high-profile Protection Specialist is full of twists, turns, and moral dilemmas. Madden plays PS David Budd who has been assigned to protect controversial political figure, Julia Montague MP. His loyalty is put into question throughout a series of plotted terror attacks that eventually end with him trying to prove his innocence.

Before his second breakout television role, Madden was the King in the North, Robb Stark. He took his armies south to fight for his father’s, Eddard Stark (Sean Bean), safe release. However, on the way south, Robb makes pacts, fights in battles, is forced to execute his bannerman, and eventually betrays his pact to Walder Frey by marrying Talisa Maegyr instead of Frey’s daughter.

This, as well know, leads to his death at “The Red Wedding”. One of the most impactful moments in Westeros history. Robb, his wife, his unborn child, his mother Catelyn Stark, and countless bannermen are slaughtered in the home of the Freys.
