If you haven’t watched Timeless, the time-traveling show that combines, heart, diversity, awareness and all around good characters, you’re missing out. Here’s why!

At its’ core, what we look for in a show isn’t necessarily about the plot as it is about the characters—and it isn’t about what we learn—but rather the feelings evoked by what’s depicted on-screen. Despite this, it’s truly refreshing to find a show that allows you to enjoy all aspects. Timeless is that show and here’s why.

First off, because the entirety of the show, plus the two-hour movie is available to stream on Hulu, and in this day and age, constant gratification is the name of the game. We don’t want to suffer through a long hiatus waiting for answers—we want to know what happens—and we want to know yesterday.

Secondly, because the show literally has everything you could ask of a show. From science-fiction elements to time-travel adventures to answering philosophical questions, Timeless has it all. So, if those things pique your interest, you’ve come to the right place.

Do you want a show with a real threeway friendship where the dynamic is equal all around? Oh, yes, this show has that. Do you want a show with diversity that isn’t just about checking off a box, but instead, is about showing the world as it is? Well, once again, let me tell you, what you want is to watch Timeless.

And I didn’t even mention the three-dimensional villain turned ally—or the fact that you’ll likely learn more watching this show than you ever did during history lessons at school.

So, whatever it is you’re looking for during your next binge-watch, consider giving Timeless a chance. I’m pretty sure you won’t regret it.
