Santa Clarita Diet season 3: First look images

Netflix releases four new images for Santa Clarita season 3 in anticipation for the new episodes to be released  Friday, March 29.

Your first look at the new images from Santa Clarita Diet season 3 is here. Netflix released several new images from Santa Clarita Diet season 3, and we have shared a few of them below. Season 2 spoilers ahead!

While these images seem like just normal run-of-the-mill situations for the Hammonds (at least as normal as their lives can get) they do suggest some interesting things for the upcoming season.

In the first image, Joel and Shelia carry out some trash (zero guesses for what’s probably in those bags), and we can see the happy couple sharing some of the work of Sheliaextracurricularlar activities.

This could suggest that Joel is getting more used to the killing required by his wife’s new life style and has gotten over his initial hesitancy to kill which was a large sticking point of the last two seasons.

In the second image, we can also see the bodies piling up in the Hammonds home, which is still right next door to two cops, although one might now be working with them.

Could this body be one of the “lobster” Nazis from last season or is it an entirely new victim?

The third image sees Joel freaking out because something silhouetted is at his door. By the way the figure is positioned, could this be a new zombie that the Hammonds are encountering or some other threat?

Perhaps, it is Zachary Knighton’s character Paul who was trailing closely behind the Hammonds adventures in the latter half of the second season. Who or whatever it is Joel does not look happy about it.

In the last image, we can see Shelia chomping down on her favorite snacks hopefully meaning the kind-hearted murderess won’t run out of food this season.

Most or all of these images feature the Hammonds in their usual state of distress, trying to deal with all the problems thrown at them but somehow still having a smile on their faces.

Santa Clarita Diet season 3 premieres on Netflix Friday, March 29. Series stars Drew Barrymore, Timothy Olyphant, Live Hewson and Skyler Gisondo are all set to return as well as many other familiar faces in the Santa Clarita neighborhood.
