15 most hated Netflix Original characters ever

15. Kimmy Gibler — Fuller House

When the character first appeared: Kimmy has been part of Fuller House from the very beginning and was in the original series, Full House.

Why fans don’t like the character: To say Kimmy is hated is unfair. She’s just annoying and disliked. And that’s why she just makes it into the top 15 characters. After all, she’s not meant to be as insufferable as she is.

One of the big problems with Kimmy is that her running gags are boring, overused, and just weird. They’re not as funny as they should be and are somewhat shaming rather than being something to laugh at.

This isn’t just an issue with the Netflix Original. It’s been a problem from the very start. Over the years, we’ve watched as Kimmy has had some excellent moments but she ruins them all with gags on her smelly feet, the “She Wolf Pack,” and the Gibler Gallop. Back in the day, she mostly got away with this personality because she was young, but you would have thought she’d have grown up a little by now!

Granted, the gag on the smelly feet has gone now. In fact, Barber has mentioned that it — and some of the other jokes aimed at Kimmy — crossed the line. Maybe in a way, it’s the writing of other characters that made Kimmy so insufferable, which isn’t really her fault. Yet, each time, I just wanted her to tell them to just stop and she never did!

There’s only one season left of the show now, so one season for Kimmy to grow out of some of her running gags. Can we please have a somewhat more likable personality?
