In some cases below, you have a day to watch the films. For instance, if you are a huge Sylvester Stallone fan, you might want to take the day off of work, like right now. Call in and say you have to stay home and stream Netflix.
In another case, a project featuring Jon Hamm at his goofiest disappears. The movie offers something different, though. Without going too much into detail (no spoilers here!), let's say you can decide what happens to Hamm's character.
If you are a fan of Madam Secretary but only want to watch it on Netflix, you are almost out of time. In the coming week, the entire series will be removed from your favorite streamer. Here is when it leaves.
Netflix subscribers will need to say goodbye to these 19 movies and series this week
May 10
- Montford: The Chickasaw Rancher (2021)
- Rambo (2008)
- Rambo: Last Blood (2019)
- The Great Magician (2011)
2008's Rambo was the fourth installment in the franchise, while Last Blood was the fifth. The series took 20 years off between 1988's Rambo III and the 2008 film. It shows. For lovers of Stallone only.
May 12
- Black Mirror: Bandersnatch (2018)
- Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt: Kimmy vs. The Reverend (2020)
If you love Kimmy Schmidt, you might like the film above. At least you have interactive choices to make while you watch. That is not a joke.
May 13
- Bigger Than Africa (2018)
- Journey of an African Colony (2018)
Interestingly, the above stories leave Netflix on the same day, but in an overview, it makes sense. Both are well-made documentaries. The second one listed is about how Nigeria went from a colony to a nation, ever-growing in power, in just 60 years.
May 14
- Borrego (2022)
- Dilan 1990 (2018)
- Dilan 1991 (2019)
The Dilan films are coming-of-age stories about teenage Indians. The first one is pretty good, but the second one gets a little odd.
May 15
- Crossroads (2002)
- Hamid (2018)
- Inhuman Resources (2020)
- Madam Secretary (Seasons 1-6)
- Trolls Band Together (2023)
This Crossroads isn't the Ralph Macchio-led film about finding the blues, but instead a movie about friends who rediscover themselves after years apart. The cast includes Britney Spears.
May 16
- Mutt (2023)
- The Sum of All Fears (2002)
- Tully (2018)
While there are at least two movies worth seeing leaving this day, Tully might be the hardest to say goodbye to. The dramedy has Charlize Theron and Mackenzie Davis and, as the subgenre implies, will make you laugh and be tearful. It's cathartic.
