21. Chef’s Table

The first season of this Netflix original series starring Massimo Bottura, Dan Barber and Francis Mallman was a big hit when it was released last year. This is more of a TV documentary than a full-fledged reality TV show, but we’ll take some liberty to include the six-part docu-series on this list.

Six chefs take us inside their minds and inside some of the most well-known kitchens in the world to show us how they prepare a meal and the personality they inject into the food with the way they prepare food.  It’s as easy to be captivated by the in-depth interviews and the eye-popping cinematography as much as the taste-bud tingling food.
