How many episodes are in Surviving Summer season 2?
Put away your calendars, Surviving Summer fans. There’s no need to mark any more days off because Surviving Summer season 2 is now streaming on Netflix. This season, Summer returns to Shorehaven on a mission: to make the State Team and compete in Nationals. Who would’ve thought the rebellious NYC teen would find a passion for surfing? Not us! But what will Ari and the rest of Summer’s surfer friends think about her new dream of being a career surfer? We’ll just have to watch the new season on Netflix to find out.
Although Summer has a newfound passion for surfing, she didn’t just return to Shorehaven to achieve her surfing goal. She also wanted to be reunited with her old friends. It’s been a year since she left the small surfing town to go back to New York, and she can’t wait to see what everyone’s been up to. But her arrival doesn’t go entirely as she’d hoped. She finds out that Ari has a new girlfriend, and that girlfriend happens to be the State Team’s captain, Wren.
Summer and Wren do not get along at all, and a lot of their dislike for each other has to do with Wren feeling threatened by Summer. Wren knows there’s something more than friendship between Ari and Summer, and she refuses to let Summer be the reason for the downfall in her relationship with Ari.
While Summer has to deal with her complicated feelings for Ari and surfing throughout the season, Ari, Bodhi, Marlon, and Poppy have their own problems they have to deal with as well.
