The wait is almost over, SWAT fans. SWAT season 6 is scheduled to land on Netflix on Sept. 1, and this season is just as entertaining as previous seasons. We would hate for you to miss it when it drops on Netflix, so to help you out, we shared the release time right below.

SWAT is a CBS crime drama series developed by Aaron Rahsaan Thomas and Shawn Ryan. Additionally, it’s inspired by the 1975 television series of the same name and the 2003 feature film of the same name. There have been six seasons so far, with the sixth last airing on CBS in May 2023. Now, SWAT season 6 is finally coming to Netflix.

Back in May 2023, the sixth season was announced to be the final season after the show was canceled, but CBS decided to reverse the show’s cancellation and renew it for a seventh and final season a few days later. Now everyone’s waiting for SWAT season 7’s premiere on CBS.

You don’t have to worry about whether SWAT season 7 will come to Netflix because it will land on the streaming platform sometime after it finishes airing. And you can definitely count on us to share the Netflix release date once it’s announced. But the seventh season’s Netflix release is a long way off from now. Right now, we’re putting all of our focus on SWAT season 6. So, at what time is the sixth season of the crime drama arriving on Netflix? Find out below.

What time is SWAT season 6 coming to Netflix?

Get ready because SWAT season 6 is scheduled to land on Netflix on Friday, Sept. 1, 2023, at 12:00 a.m. PT/3:00 a.m. ET. Obviously, these release times only apply to people living on the West Coast and East Coast of the United States. If you’re in the Central time zone, you’re looking at a release time of 2:00 a.m. CT on this date.

Like previous seasons, the sixth season is rated TV-14, meaning it may not be suitable for ages under 14. It was given this maturity rating for fear, language, and violence. Given what SWAT is about, this maturity rating seems appropriate. Overall, parents are strongly cautioned.

How many episodes is SWAT season 6?

There are 22 episodes in total in the sixth season. You can expect all 22 episodes to be dropped on Netflix on Sept. 1.
