It seems Luke Newton is more than ready to step into the spotlight in the upcoming third season of Bridterton and underwent quite the physical transformation to get ready for his leading man moment!

Newton, who plays Colin Bridgerton on Netflix’s period drama, recently enjoyed some fun in the sun alongside friends Sienna-Eve Goluppi and Rory Maguire, where he showed fans he’s more than ready for the shirtless scenes coming in season 3. Rocking a simple pair of Nike shorts, Newton showed off some serious muscles in the photo which have turned heads and left fans stunned.

While Newton has always been in amazing shape, it’s clear he underwent a fitness regime to get ready for Bridgerton‘s third season which will tell the love story of Colin and Penelope Featherington.

Bridgerton fans react to Luke Newton’s muscular transformation

Needless to say, Bridgerton fans felt the heat being turned up seeing Luke Newton’s fitness transformation which left them speechless!

“Luke Newton is the eighth wonder of the world,” wrote one fan reacting to Newton’s chiseled physique, followed by a fire and panting emoji.

“What an arm I’m sorry,” commented another fan who clearly took note of how jacked Newton looks in the photo, which is a more than fair assessment of the glow-up.

Clearly, Newton underwent quite a transformation to prepare for stepping into the lead role of Bridgerton‘s third season and has maintained the regime even after the show wrapped filming! The photos have fans quite eager to see what awaits them when the official trailer for season 3 arrives, but it’s clear Newton is already channeling his leading man energy!

Bridgerton season 3 is coming to Netflix later this year. Seasons 1 and 2 are streaming now.
