As summer winds down to its end after Labor Day and the fall season nears later on in September 2023, there are still lots of new Netflix movies to fill our watch lists.

El Conde

Watch! From director Pablo Larraín, El Conde might be one of the most interesting and intriguing new Netflix movies coming in September. The dark comedy-horror movie centers itself in Chile’s recent history, but flips the script right on its head. El Conde reimagines Augusto Pinochet as a vampire, and the plot spirals from there. See how the pieces fit together in this ambitious comedy-horror undertaking when it premieres on Sept. 15.
