23. Vikings: Valhalla

The second season of Vikings: Valhalla premiered on Netflix in January 2023. Fans only had to wait about a year between seasons of the Vikings sequel, and it was well worth the wait. The second season picks up shortly after the end of season 1 with Lief Eriksen (Sam Corlett), Harald Sigurdsson (Leo Suter), and Freydis Eriksdotter (Freya Gustavsson) at different stages of their journeys.

I’m not going to spoil anything, but Netflix just confirmed Vikings: Valhalla season 3 is officially happening (although we already knew that!). It’s time to catch up on this action drama right now.

Vikings: Valhalla is easily one of the best Netflix shows of the year so far. If you like shows like The Last Kingdom or other works about vikings and their stories, you have to watch this series. It’s so good. We can’t wait to see where the story goes from here.

And, thank the gods, because it looks like Vikings: Valhalla season 4 and beyond looks like it might be in the works.
