Have you checked out the new sci-fi film Paradise on Netflix? If not, we strongly suggest checking it out if you’re looking for something suspenseful to watch. But before you start streaming the new movie, we wanted to share with you who you can expect to see in it. Who knows, you might recognize some of the actors.
Paradise is a German Netflix original movie directed by Boris Kunz from a screenplay written by Kunz, Peter Kocyla, and Simon Amberger.
Set in a not-too-distant future, Paradise follows a couple who are faced with a difficult situation. Max and Elena were living life happily in love when one day they discover they have a crushing insurance debt. To pay it off, Elena must give up 40 years of her life to a pharmaceutical company called AEON. AEON would then transfer these years of life to another person. This process has been going on for a while, turning AEON into a billion-dollar company.
Obviously, Max doesn’t like that he and Elena have been robbed of their future together. So, he desperately searches for a way to make things right and get Elena’s lost years back.
