Good Netflix shows - Wednesday season 2

6. Wednesday

Okay, so I think this is my favorite pick on the list! Wednesday stars Jenna Ortega as Wednesday Addams in this spin on the story of the Addams Family. When Wednesday arrives at Nevermore Academy, she becomes focused on a string of attacks and disappearances in and around the town of Jericho, Vermont. Will she get to the bottom of this mystery? You’ll have to watch to find out!

Wednesday season 2 is already in the works on Netflix. Rumor has it that production is slated to start on Wednesday season 2 in the fall of 2023, but the WGA and SAG are on strike. We know the creative team and cast are part of those unions, so there’s little to no chance that things get moving on Wednesday season 2 anytime soon without a deal from the AMPTP.

Wednesday season 2 looked like it could be coming to Netflix in the fall or winter of 2024, but if production doesn’t start this fall and it’s pushed back to 2024, there’s a good chance we won’t see the second season of the series until 2025.

We’ll keep you posted on the status of Wednesday season 2. If you like the mystery elements of Outer Banks, you’re going to love Wednesday!
