When are new episodes of The Longest Promise released on Netflix?

Netflix has been consistently adding new international content to its platform, and we’re not just talking about Korean dramas and Spanish shows. We’ve been seeing tons of Chinese shows and movies dropping on the streaming platform as well. Recently, we saw the release of The Longest Promise.

The Longest Promise is a Chinese romantic drama series directed by Jeffrey Chiang. It follows a banished prince named Shi Ying and a mischievous, strong-minded princess named Zhu Yan who are bound by destiny. Shi Ying becomes a teacher to Zhu Yan for three years by mistake, but then they find themselves as enemies in the middle of a dangerous political struggle.

Well-known Chinese actor Xiao Zhan portrays the role of Shi Ying and Ren Min as Zhu Yan. Alen Fang, Wang Churan, Han Dong, Wang Ziqi, Marcus Li, Ye Shengjia, Lu Yuxiao, and others are also in the cast.

This show has been out for a while now, so there are already many episodes available to stream on Netflix. However, we don’t want you to miss the release of any upcoming episodes. So we’re going to share with you the release schedule below.

The Longest Promise release schedule

There are a whopping 40 episodes in the first season of The Longest Promise. As of July 12, 10 episodes have already been released on the streamer. In addition, each episode is in the 40 to 50-minute range.
