Dance 100 cast: Meet the choreographers, host Ally Love, and more
By Mads Lennon
Netflix is taking a stab at dance competitions with its new reality series Dance 100. And no, it’s not connected to the breakout hit that is Physical 100, albeit the titles are quite similar. Dance 100 is an epic street dance competition series that will pit eight talented dancers against each other to find out who is the next big choreographer. The winner will receive a grand prize of $100,000.
The challenge for many of these dancers will be choreographing and teaching next-level routines to an increasing group of dancers week after week. But most of the dancers enlisted in the competition are big names who have worked with top artists like Cardi B, Missy Elliott, and more. Still, it will be difficult for some of them to be both a dancer and a choreographer simultaneously, as each of the eight contenders will need to join their dancers onstage.
The “100” part in the Dance 100 title references the 100 trained dancers that the eight choreographers will be teaching and dancing alongside onstage.
For those interested in getting to know the main competitors in the show, keep reading to meet the Dance 100 cast and the host, Ally Love.
