Agent Elvis cast: What does the voice cast look like?

We can’t help falling in love with Netflix’s new adult animation series, Agent Elvis! The 10-episode comedy all about Elvis Presley himself is now streaming. And it certainly puts the iconic singer in a completely different situation.

The animated version of Elvis is going to be going on all sorts of action-packed adventures as he’s recruited to be part of the secret government agency, The Central Bureau (TCB). While still taking to the stage as well, of course!

The adult series is co-created by John Eddie and someone who was especially close to the ’50s and ’60s star (more on that below). So who are the actors behind the voices in the new show? And no, it’s not Austin Butler who voices the titular character! Read on below to find out.

Who voices Elvis in Agent Elvis?

Matthew McConaughey

Taking on the role of the King of Rock and Roll is actor Matthew McConaughey. We’re going to see the character being the amazing musician he is by day while working with secret agency TCB as a, well, agent, at night! McConaughey became well known in the 2000s for rom-coms like The Wedding Planner, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Failure to Launch, and more. Most recently, he voiced the main character in Sing 2, Buster Moon, and could be leading a potential Yellowstone spin-off soon.

Is Priscilla Presley in Agent Elvis?

If you don’t know, Priscilla Presley is Elvis’ ex-wife. And though the two were divorced in 1973, the couple remained close. And the actress is not only going to be in the series, portraying herself, she’s also the co-creator of the animation! She’s known for starring in the Naked Gun movies.

Is Lisa Marie Presley in Agent Elvis?

Elvis and Priscilla shared one daughter, Lisa Marie Presley. Unfortunately, she will not be a part of this project. In January 2023, the singer and songwriter passed away following a heart attack. She released three albums: To Whom It May Concern, Now What, and Storm & Grace. Her daughter Riley Keough currently stars as the titular character in Daisy Jones & The Six.

Kaitlin Olson

Actress Kaitlin Olson will be playing the role of CeCe Ryder, an “unpredictable” but highly skilled secret agent who becomes a part of Elvis’ life when he joins TCB, Netflix shares. She likes to annoy her co-worker and is usually mission-focused, “except for when she isn’t.” The actress is known for her roles as Deandra “Sweet Dee” Reynolds on It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia and Mackenzie “Mickey” Murphy in The Mick.

Johnny Knoxville

Johnny Knoxville portrays Bobby Ray, Elvis’ best friend and “not-so-bright sidekick,” per Netflix. And though that might be the case, he’s fully devoted to his singing sensation boss. Knoxville is best known for being the co-creator and starring in MTV’s Jackass series, as well as the movies.

Niecy Nash

Niecy Nash takes on the role of Bertie. She serves as a strong-willed mother figure to Elvis since she’s known him since he was a baby. “She runs his day-to-day life and is the only one who can go toe-to-toe with him,” per Netflix. Nash is known for guest starring on multiple television shows. Most recently, her work includes leading The Rookie: Feds on ABC, as well as playing Glenda Cleveland on Netflix’s Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story.

Tom Kenny

Tom Kenny is lending his voice to bring the character Scatter to life! If you’ve noticed a chimp in the trailer (he’s pretty hard to miss!), it’s going to be Kenny playing the character described as the King’s “weaponized, chain-smoking, degenerate former NASA chimp with a trigger-happy dark side.”

The actor is no stranger to animations as he’s the voice behind SpongeBob SquarePants himself and many other notable characters! Those include the Narrator and Mayor in The Powerpuff Girls, Carl Chryniszzswics in Johnny Bravo, and Dog in CatDog. Recently, he voiced Benito Mussolini and other characters in Guillermo del Toro’s Pinocchio on Netflix.

Don Cheadle

Don Cheadle takes on the character who is in charge of everyone at TCB, The Commander. The moody spymaster knows how to take control and knows “where all the non-metaphorical bodies are buried.” The actor is definitely a familiar face as he’s known for starring in the Marvel universe and in films like Out of Sight, Traffic, and the Ocean’s Trilogy in the ’90s and early 2000s. Currently, he stars as Dean Williams in ABC’s The Wonder Years.
