Babylon was one of the most talked about movies of 2022, and now it is headed to the Oscars with three nominations, for costume design, original score, and production design. Will the movie be available to stream on Netflix as well? We shared where you can watch the film right now before the Academy Awards below.

Babylon is a period black comedy-drama written and helmed by Academy Award-winning director Damien Chazelle. Chazelle is best known for writing and directing the movies Whiplash and La La Land.

This film follows the rise and fall of ambitious actors in 1920s Hollywood. Bullet Train‘s Brad Pitt and Amsterdam star Margot Robbie star in the leading roles of Jack Conrad and Nellie LaRoy. Joining them in the cast are Diego Calva, Jean Smart, Jovan Adepo, Li Jun Li, Tobey Maguire, Olivia Wilde, Samara Weaving, Jeff Garlin, and many others.

Will Babylon be on Netflix?

Sadly, the comedy will not be available to stream on Netflix after its theater release. Don’t worry, though. Netflix has tons of movies starring Brad Pitt streaming on its platform right now, like Legends of the FallBullet Train, MoneyballTroyBy the SeaSnatch etc.

Unfortunately, the streaming giant doesn’t carry any of Margot Robbie’s movies at the moment. Hopefully, Netflix will acquire streaming rights to the talented actress’s films in the future.

Where to stream Babylon

After the movie wrapped its theatrical run, it moved to Paramount+ to stream, so you will need a Paramount+ subscription if you want to watch the film. Otherwise, the movie is now available to rent or buy.
