When did Flight MH370 go missing?

Flight MH370 officially went missing in the early morning hours of March 8, 2014. Malaysian Airlines Flight 370 departed from Kuala Lumpur International Airport at 12:41 a.m. local time in route to Beijing. The flight carrying a total of 227 passengers and 12 crew members was set to land in Bejing around 6:30 a.m. local time on March 8. However, about an hour after taking off from Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Flight 370 disappeared from all radars.
