Perfect Match: Are Joey and Kariselle still together?

Joey Sasso and Kariselle Snow were early frontrunners for becoming the potential winning couple of Perfect Match season 1 after matching up in the first episode and staying together throughout the entirety of the season. Joey and Kariselle even got engaged in the season finale! But they were ultimately beaten by Dom and Georgia.

However, even though the couple didn’t win the Netflix dating competition series, they still won in their own way after getting engaged at the end of the season. With such a romantic conclusion to their relationship, it’s no wonder viewers are wondering if the couple is still together.

The downside of Perfect Match is that the show was filmed a long time ago, back in the first half of 2022. It’s been almost a year since production on season 1 wrapped and a lot can happen in that time. Even though it might have seemed like everyone got their happy ending at the end of Perfect Match, things have changed quite a bit for the majority of the cast since then.

Perfect Match: Are Joey and Kariselle still together?

Sadly, no, Joey and Kariselle are no longer together. The couple broke things off during the summer after the show finished. The good news is that they appear to still be friends, which makes sense since they were already friends before joining the show.

While chatting with Today, Joey revealed that he things had changed for them both after filming was over, and while they remain good friends, they both agreed to take some time away from each other.

"“We both sort of agreed right now we need to step away from each other. That’s for the best, but her and I have so much love for each other,” he says."

Despite the relationship not working out, Joey says he has no regrets about doing the show.

"“I feel good that since we’ve wrapped the show there hasn’t been any times I’ve been laying in bed going, ‘Why do I say that? Why’d I do that?’” he says. “We took a plunge and it was a great experience.”"
