Outer Banks returns with its third season on Feb. 23, and I’m sure you’re ready to see what new adventure the Pogues embark on this season. But before you start binge-watching Outer Banks season 3, we want to give you the full scoop on the number of episodes, episode titles, and runtimes.

It’s been over a year since the Outer Banks season 2 premiere, and fans have been patiently waiting on the third season. We had thought the third season would come out by the end of 2022, but the new episodes weren’t quite ready for viewing yet. On Jan. 3, the streaming giant finally revealed the official release date and fans all over rejoiced about the good news. A Feb. 23 release isn’t what we were hoping for, but we’ll take it!

The second season ended with the Pogues stranded on a deserted island with no treasure or Cross of Santo Domingo. Outer Banks season 3 picks up where the story left off, with the Pogues fully adjusted to living on the island. In fact, they’ve even made it their home and named it Poguelandia. However, the Pogues don’t stay on the island for long because they soon come in contact with a ruthless treasure hunter with his own agenda. Once again, the Pogues find themselves on a treasure hunt, but this treasure hunt might be the greatest one yet.

How many episodes is Outer Banks season 3?

Outer Banks season 3 consists of a total of 10 episodes. This shouldn’t be surprising to OBX fans since previous seasons had the same number of episodes. We were just happy to find out that the episode count for the third season wasn’t cut down to fewer episodes because we’ve seen this happen to other Netflix shows.

Outer Banks season 3 episode titles and runtimes

Here are the titles for each episode of the teen series and the runtimes via What’s on Netflix:

  • Episode 1: “Poguelandia” (50 minutes)
  • Episode 2: “The Bells” (45 minutes)
  • Episode 3: “Fathers and Sons” (47 minutes)
  • Episode 4: “The Diary” (44 minutes)
  • Episode 5: “Heists” (53 minutes)

  • Episode 8: “Tapping the Rudder” (48 minutes)

  • Episode 10: “Secret of the Gnomon” (79 minutes)

Unfortunately, we don’t know the runtime for the season finale. However, we know it was written by Josh Pate and Shannon Burke and directed by Jonas Pate. We can probably expect a longer season finale to wrap up the season.
