After the cancellations of fellow Netflix shows like First Kill, The Bastard Son & The Devil Himself, and more, fans have rightfully called out the declining presence of LGBTQ+ young adult series on the streamer. Fate: The Winx Saga is another Netflix Original whose cancellation fans can’t stop talking about. The teen drama premiered in 2021 and aired two seasons before being canceled in November 2022. Showrunner Bryan Young announced the news on Instagram, and it was evident that the decision to end the show was not made by him. An exact reason for the cancellation hasn’t been provided, which stings especially considering the second season was received better by the first with fan reception.
