Addictive Netflix reality shows: Selling Sunset

Fans of Real Housewives, Vanderpump Rules, and other Bravo reality shows should check out Netflix series Selling Sunset (and its spinoffs Selling Tampa and Selling the OC). It boasts the same kind of drama and flair as the aforementioned series and should be right up your alley. Selling Sunset follows the realtors at The Oppenheim Group, a luxury real estate brokerage based in the Los Angeles area.

Each episode follows the cutthroat realtors as they try selling to affluent buyers Los Angeles and the surrounding towns of Newport Beach and West Hollywood. The focus is on the competition between each other as the realtors try maintaining their place in a fast-paced market with newbies always on the horizon. There are already five seasons out to watch with a sixth season on the way.

Addictive Netflix reality shows: The Circle

Considered another “social experiment” similar to Love is Blind, The Circle is a more lighthearted competition series on Netflix that sees contestants competing for a cash prize. Each season, a group of people move into an apartment where they can only communicate with each other through The Circle app.

They can either catfish the group by pretending to be someone else, or they can enter the game as themselves. The goal is to become the most popular player, or the weekly “influencer,” to get closer to winning the game and also save yourself from being “blocked” from the Circle and eliminated from the game. The Circle is another hugely successful Netflix series with five seasons at the moment in addition to several international versions.
