Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile is an endearing new musical comedy film based on the popular children’s book by  Bernard Waber that recently started streaming on Netflix. Since its Netflix debut, the movie has become a consistent presence in the Netflix Top 10 chart for the most popular movies on the platform. It’s not surprising, given that subscribers are often looking for movies they can watch together with family.

The movie follows the Primm family as they move to New York and discover a saltwater crocodile living in their house’s bathroom. After they meet the adorable reptile, they learn he can actually sing, and he becomes fast friends with Josh Primm.

Of course, apart from singing, Lyle isn’t your normal crocodile. He loves caviar and taking baths, soon proving himself to be an essential part of the Primm family. But as you’re watching the film, you might be wondering who actually voices the character and how many of the actors are actually providing their own musical talents to the film’s soundtrack.
