Ashton Kutcher

Ah, Michael Kelso. This is the guy who started out as Jackie’s love interest but just wasn’t mature enough for her. Of course, it took Jackie a long time to accept that and really move on. When she did, it was empowering for her and also helped to give Kelso a chance to grow.

Ashton Kutcher brought this character to life, and he’s never really shaken off the image of Kelso. In fact, he’s been a little type-cast at times, but that doesn’t seem to bother him. Like his wife Mila Kunis, he seems to enjoy comedy work.

He has certainly done plenty of movies and TV shows over the years. He’s actually one of the most successful from the whole cast for breaking into movie roles, even if they are the typical rom-coms. You’ll see him in the likes of Valentine’s Day, No Strings Attached, What Happens in Vegas, and New Year’s Eve after he left That ’70s Show.

One of his most famous roles after leaving was between 2011-2015 when he joined the cast of Two and a Half Men. He stepped in as a series regular after Charlie Sheen’s highly publicized exit, taking on the role of Walden Schmidt. He stuck with the series all the way until the end, becoming the man who would own Charlie’s house but still allow Alan to live there.

After Two and a Half Men, Ashton moved onto the Netflix series The Ranch. He starred in the series until its end in 2020. Outside of his acting career, Kutcher has also branched out as a venture capitalist with investments in multiple successful companies.

As an actor, Kutcher will next be seen in the Netflix romantic comedy Your Place or Mine alongside Reese Witherspoon in February 2023, and he will reprise his role as Michael Kelso in the That ’70s Show spin-off series That ’90s Show.
