Godfather of Harlem is set to return with its third season on Jan. 15, and people are wondering where they can watch the crime drama series. Is it streaming on Netflix? We’ve got you covered!

Godfather of Harlem is a television series created by Chris Brancato and Paul Eckstein. The first season premiered in September 2019, followed by the second season in April 2021. Soon, fans will get to see how the story continues with the third installment, and they’re more than ready.

The crime drama takes place in the ’60s and tells the true story of one of America’s most infamous African-American crime bosses, Bumpy Johnson, as he fought to regain control of his neighborhood after being incarcerated for 10 years.

Forest Whitaker stars in the leading role as Ellsworth “Bumpy” Johnson. Nigél Thatch, Ilfenesh Hadera, Lucy Fry, Kelvin Harrison Jr., Rafi Gavron, Antoinette Crowe-Legacy, Giancarlo Esposito, and many others are also in the cast.

Is Godfather of Harlem on Netflix?

Unfortunately, you will not find Godfather of Harlem on Netflix no matter how hard you search through the streamer’s catalog. You’ll have to look elsewhere to watch the series. No worries, though. Where to watch Godfather of Harlem

The crime drama would typically be available to watch on EPIX, but starting on Jan. 15, EPIX will relaunch as MGM+. This means you can catch the premiere of Godfather of Harlem season 3 on MGM+ on Jan. 15. If you would like to watch seasons 1 and 2, you can find those seasons on Hulu. However, you’ll have to have a subscription to Hulu to gain access. Additionally, the third season will eventually make its way to Hulu as well. If you would rather purchase seasons 1 and 2, you can do so through AppleTV, Google Play, and Vudu. It’s up to you.
