Get ready to meet a whole new batch of characters in the Witcher universe from Andrzej Sapkowski, as an exciting prequel series to the Netflix adaptation titled Blood Origin comes out this weekend! The four-part show takes place over 1,000 years before The Witcher starring Henry Cavill and follows an ensemble cast leading up to the Conjunction of the Spheres. We’ll also get to see how the very first Witcher was created.

Once you start watching The Witcher: Blood Origin, chances are you’ll want to learn everything there is to know about the cast. Some of them are newcomers, while others you’ll probably recognize from previous titles. Laurence O’Fuarain, who plays the warrior Fjall, was actually in Game of Thrones, but just for one episode.

Here’s what you need to know about the Fjall actor.

Laurence O’Fuarain Instagram

If you want to creep on O’Fuarain’s social media, as one does, you’re in luck because he has both Instagram and Twitter! The actor uses his Instagram page to share promotional photos and videos of his various projects, including The Witcher: Blood Origin, as well as some modeling shots, selfies, and pictures with friends. He doesn’t have that high of a follower count currently, but we’re sure that will change when the Netflix show debuts.

Laurence O’Fuarain height

Though we couldn’t find his age anywhere online (we’ll keep looking!), we do know that the Irish actor stands at 6 feet tall.

Laurence O’Fuarain roles

If you’re a fan of historical fiction, O’Fuarain might already be a familiar face to you. Before nabbing the role of Fjall in The Witcher: Blood Origin, he played Hakon in Vikings season 5, Desmond Byrne in Rebellion, and Vern in the 2018 movie Viking Destiny. As for Game of Thrones, he portrayed the character Simpson in the season 5 episode “Mother’s Mercy.” And more recently, he appeared in the AMC sci-fi show Into the Badlands.

As O’Fuarain is still an up-and-comer, there’s not a lot of information about his dating life or really anything regarding his personal life. Hopefully, when people see him in Blood Origin, he’ll book more roles and give more interviews where he can share some fun facts about himself!

Be sure to watch The Witcher: Blood Origin, streaming on Netflix this Sunday, Dec. 25.
