December is here, and many Netflix viewers look forward to the release of the holiday titles. While there are many movies and shows to view in the genre, Netflix shows also offer up an outstanding catalog of non-holiday titles to keep you entertained. Be sure to check out the original series Wednesday, along with the new seasons of Firefly Lane and Dead to Me.
This week, the Netflix top 10 TV Shows in the US list sees Wednesday holding strong at number one, followed by Firefly Lane, Too Hot to Handle, Snack vs. Chef, and many more popular titles.

Wednesday
As mentioned above, Tim Burton’s Wednesday series is wildly popular and is a must-see TV show. The first season consists of eight episodes and centers on Wednesday Addams (portrayed by Jenna Ortega) the daughter of Gomez and Morticia Addams. The story follows Wednesday as she leaves public school and goes to the school her parents attended, Nevermore Academy. She will tackle investigating a murder spree while trying to manage her newly discovered psychic abilities.
Emily in Paris seasons 1-2
Now is a great time to watch or perhaps rewatch seasons 1 and 2 of Emily in Paris, as this series will see the release of its third season on Dec. 21. Emily in Paris follows the titular character as she makes a drastic career decision as a marketing exec who moves from Chicago to Paris, France. Emily encounters new friends, new romance, and difficult co-workers as she acclimates to life in Paris.
1899
The thrilling drama 1899 follows a group of immigrants aboard a steamship headed to the New World. Dreams of their future abroad unite the passengers as they plan for the lives that await them there. While on their journey, they encounter another ship adrift on the open sea. Their discoveries aboard the ship with turn their hopefully journey west into a horrible nightmare.
Dream Home Makeover season 4
Season 4 of the home reality series Dream Home Makeover has recently been released on Netflix. Syd and Shea McGee of Studio McGee have returned for the next season of the series. This season sees the McGee’s take on five new projects ranging from a main bath suite to a kitchen for a member of the Studio McGee team. The new season releases just in time to inspire your holiday renovation.
Too Hot to Handle season 4
Ten super hot singles travel to a villa in the Caribbean where they hope to find love in a high-stakes dating show, Wild Love, which is hosted by Mario Lopez. Little do they know that they are participating in Too Hot to Handle, the reality show where participants must abstain from kissing, other sexual contact, or self-gratification while seeking love. If anyone breaks these rules, the prize money diminishes for each infraction. Will the contestants be able to follow the rules, or will they give in to temptation?
