The Circle season 5 release date confirmed for December 2022

One of Netflix’s top reality series makes its return in December 2022. Yes, we’re talking about The Circle season 5. We shared everything we know about the fifth season, including the official release date!

Since The Circle‘s premiere in 2020, it has remained a popular reality series for the streamer. Back in August 2021, Netflix renewed the show for a fourth and fifth season. The fourth season was released in May 2022, and we were hoping to see the fifth season by the end of the year. But as we got closer to the end of 2022 without any news on a release date, we started to get nervous that we might not see The Circle season 5. Well, that was until now.

When The Circle first came out, only one season would be released each year. But after the release of season 2 in 2021, we saw the third season later in that year. Now, this has happened with season 4 and season 5.

So, when is The Circle season 5 coming to Netflix? Find out below.

The Circle season 5 release date

Get ready to mark your calendar and set your alarm because The Circle season 5 premieres on Netflix on Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2022, at 12:00 a.m. PT/3:00 a.m. ET.  Like previous seasons, the fifth season is broken up into batches. The first batch of episodes will drop on Dec. 28.

An official release schedule has not been announced yet, nor has a total episode count, but we’re expecting the batches to be released on a weekly basis and a total of 13 episodes. We shared our predicted release schedule below.

• Week 1 (Wednesday, Dec. 28): Episodes 1-4
• Week 2 (Wednesday, Jan. 4): Episodes 5-8
• Week 3 (Wednesday, Jan. 11): Episodes 9-12
• Week 4 (Wednesday, Jan. 18): Finale Episode

Again, this is our predicted release schedule. Netflix has not revealed the official release schedule or the total episode count. We’re also still waiting on the cast list and trailer. However, we do know that the competition will be hosted by Michelle Buteau once again.
