Is The Sinner season 5 happening?

Unfortunately, don’t expect to see The Sinner season 5 hitting your watch list in the near future. The anthology series came to an end with the fourth and final season. The Sinner season 4 aired on the USA Network from October to December 2021, and it’s now streaming on Netflix.

When the series premiered on USA in August 2017 with Jessica Biel as the lead character, The Sinner had been intended to only be an eight-part miniseries. But because of critical acclaim and high ratings, USA turned the series into an anthology centered around Pullman’s character.

During its four-season run, The Sinner landed multiple award nominations, including an Emmy Award nomination for Biel’s performance in season 1, two Golden Globe nominations, and a Screen Actors Guild Award nomination for Pullman’s performance in season 2.
