The Chainsaw Man anime is easily one of the most anticipated series of the fall anime season, as manga fans have been waiting to see if the adaptation is as good as the source material for some time now. Early reviews are in and praising the anime for being just as brutal and awesome as you could want.

Following a young man who is a strange devil-human hybrid that can turn parts of his body into chainsaws at will to fight devils roaming the world, Chainsaw Man is an action-packed and occasionally heartwarming series with lovable characters and a compelling storyline.

Premiering on October 11, I’m sure many people are curious whether or not the show will be on Netflix since Netflix is known for offering its fair share of popular anime series. Is the Chainsaw Man anime on Netflix?

Chainsaw Man is not a Netflix anime, so it won’t be on the streamer right now unless you live in Japan. What’s On Netflix reports that Netflix Japan will be streaming Chainsaw Man and it looks like Netflix will eventually stream the anime internationally, but we don’t have a release date yet, so for now, it’s best to watch it elsewhere if you don’t want to wait.

On the plus side, Netflix already has many great series available, such as Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, Devilman Crybaby, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, and Uncle from Another World.

The Chainsaw Man anime starts on October 11 at midnight JST, which is 9 a.m. PT/11 a.m. ET. You might have to wait a bit for the episode to become available in some regions. Those living in the United States have a couple of options to watch the series. New episodes will be distributed weekly through the popular VOD service Crunchyroll, but we’ve also learned that Hulu will be releasing episodes, too.
