Is Luckiest Girl Alive based on a book?

Yes, the drama film is based on a novel. It is a movie adaptation of Jessica Knoll’s 2015 New York Times bestselling mystery book of the same name. In fact, it’s Knoll’s first book she’s published. It’s based on some of Knoll’s horrifying personal experiences growing up.

If you would like to purchase the book, you can do so through Amazon. The book is available in paperback, hardcover, and as an eBook. You also have the option to buy it used or new.

Knoll has another book that she published called The Favorite Sister. We shared the book’s synopsis below.

"A blisteringly paced thriller starring two sisters who join the cast of a reality TV series. One won’t make it out alive. So…who did it? When five hyper-successful women agree to appear on a reality series set in New York City called Goal Diggers, the producers never expect the season will end in murder…"

If this book seems like something you’d like to read, you can also buy it through Amazon as used or new.
