New Netflix movies and shows: October 1, 2022

October is here and with it comes a bunch of new movies and shows on Netflix. Most of these aren’t brand new, but they may be new to Netflix or new to you. And while October may be known as spooky season, October 1 on Netflix is all about franchises.

There are movies from five different franchises coming to Netflix on Saturday, Oct. 1, 2022. This includes all the George Clooney Ocean’s Eleven movies including Ocean’s Twelve and Ocean’s Thirteen. All three Rush Hour movies are also available along with the two live-action Scooby-Doo movies and Sex and the City: The Movie and Sex and the City 2.

You can also check out National Lampoon’s European Vacation and National Lampoon’s Vacation. And finally, there are four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle movies coming to the streaming service on Oct 1. If you are looking to binge-watch some movies, there are clearly lots of choices no matter what genre you’re interested in.

There are also a few rom-coms and romance movies coming on October 1 including Juliette Binoche’s Chocolat, Kate Hudson’s How to Lose A Guy in 10 Days, Julia Robert’s Runaway Bride, and Angelina Jolie’s Mr. & Mrs. Smith.
