There has never been a more promising time to be a fan of police procedurals. The Rookie: Feds looks to be yet another incredibly entertaining addition that followers of the popular small-screen genre will surely enjoy. But is it an option for the many Netflix subscribers curious to see what the show has to offer?
The Rookie starring Nathan Fillion as a man in his mid-40s joining the police force for the first time has been a hit with fans. The series is currently in its fifth season and has produced over 70 episodes.
Now, The Rookie franchise is expanding with a brand new spinoff starring Niecy Nash. The Emmy-nominated actress is known for Reno 911!, Claws, Scream Queens, Selma, When They See Us, and most recently, the Netflix series Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story. Nash’s character in The Rookie: Feds was first introduced in Season 4 of The Rookie.
Nash plays Special Agent Simone Clark, who is older than everyone else training at the FBI Academy and gets a big break when she is assigned to assist the field office in Los Angeles. Starring alongside Nash in this exciting affair is a stellar talent lineup consisting of Britt Robertson, Kevin Zegers, Felix Solis, and James Lesure.
There are undoubtedly several reasons to check out the exciting spinoff, and it’s no surprise several people are probably wondering if they can watch it on Netflix.
