The Netflix original series Heartbreak High takes us back to a time when we were teenagers and it felt like every mistake we did was the end of the world. No matter how much we did to rectify our hasty decisions, it felt like we only made things worse or broke even more people’s hearts. But no matter how bad it got, so long as we had our loved ones in our corners, we were unstoppable.

Heartbreak High synopsis

In a time when hormones are raging and sexual identities are changing, Amerie (Ayesha Madon) saw it fit to create “The Incest Map,” a detailed graphic telling every student who hooked up with who and what actions happened during said hook-up. Needless to say, her peers weren’t too happy with having their private lives exposed, so everyone, including the love of her high school life, shunned her. Now, Amerie must do whatever it takes to right her wrongs.
