We’re only days away from the release of The Next 365 Days on Netflix. On Aug. 19, the third and final film in the 365 Days trilogy will be released on the streamer. Everyone’s looking forward to seeing how everything comes to a close.

The Next 365 Days is a Netflix original movie directed by Barbara Bialowas and Tomasz Mandes. Mandes, along with Mojca Tirs and Blanka Lipinska, wrote the screenplay. If you watched the first two films (365 Days and 365 Days: This Day), you’d know they’re based on the novels in Lipinska’s 365 Days book series. Obviously, The Next 365 Days is based on the third novel in the series.

The story follows Laura and Massimo’s relationship as they try to work through their problems and jealousy. But it will not be easy with Nacho working hard to break them up. The cast includes Anna-Maria Sieklucka, Magdalena Lamparska, Michele Morrone, Simone Susinna, Otar Saralidze, and Rebecca Casiraghi.

So is The Next 365 Days kid-friendly? Can a younger audience watch the drama film? As always, we’ve got you covered. We shared the parents guide and age rating below!

The Next 365 Days parents guide and age rating

The drama movie is rated TV-MA, meaning it’s meant to be watched by mature audiences only. It was given this age rating for strong language, sex, nudity, alcohol consumption, drug use, violence, sexual references, kissing scenes, and smoking. Overall, it may not be appropriate for ages 17 and under.

The age rating should come as no surprise if you’ve watched the first two films because they were both rated TV-MA as well. So naturally, the third film would have the same age rating.

We highly recommend you watch this film when no kids are around. There’s just so much content shown in the movie that would be very inappropriate for a younger audience to watch.
