By D.J. Rivera
It’s a fantastic time to be a fan of The Walking Dead franchise as it continues to expand with Tales From the Walking Dead, and subscribers are probably wondering if they get to experience the zombie drama on Netflix.
The exceptional AMC series The Walking Dead has been a hit with fans for some time, and each season has impressive scores on Rotten Tomatoes. The program’s success on the small screen has led to the creation of several spin-offs, including Fear the Walking Dead and the short-lived The Walking Dead: World Beyond. The third installment to follow the original is an anthology series that follows new and old characters from The Walking Dead universe.
Each compelling entry will feature a different story with different stars, including The Boys’ Jessie T. Usher and Cowboy Bebop’s Daniel Pineda. Also in the mix for the series is a slew of star-studded talent like Olivia Munn, Terry Crews, Jillian Bell, and Parker Posey.
In addition, Samantha Morton, who plays Alpha in The Walking Dead, will be reprising her role for Tales of the Walking Dead. The series will consist of six exciting entries with runtimes around 47 minutes in length.
Is Tales of the Walking Dead available on Netflix?
It’s no secret that members have enjoyed The Walking Dead on the streamer in the past, and it would be an ideal endeavor for subscribers to see what the anthology spinoff has to offer. But unfortunately, that isn’t possible because Tales of the Walking Dead is not a choice on Netflix, and it is not known at this time if that will ever change.
Fortunately, the streamer isn’t lacking when it comes to zombie-related content, and their catalog has some exciting options from the undead genre. Some of the exciting cannibal corpse-centric shows ready to stream now on Netflix include All of Us Are Dead, Black Summer, Resident Evil, and Kingdom, just to name a few.
