Enola Holmes 2: When could the sequel arrive on Netflix?

It’s been a busy time for Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown with the much long-awaited season 4 of the Netflix hit series finally out! Another project of hers that fans are eager to see is the sequel to Enola Holmes.

The Netflix movie first came out Sept. 23, 2020 and was a hit with viewers! Now, were’ all waiting for the highly-anticipated sequel to the fun story about Sherlock Holmes’ teenage sister. We do know that of course Brown is reprising her role, as well as Henry Cavill who portrayed the famous author. Louis Patridge, who played Tewkesbury, is also going to be back in the second movie.

Netflix still hasn’t shared a release date yet. But we can make some predictions on when we might expect the film!

When could Enola Holmes 2 arrive on Netflix?

We know that filming on Enola Holmes 2 wrapped all the way back in January. So production has had plenty of time to work through post-production. And yet, the streaming giant still hasn’t even announced an official premiere date yet. You’d think they’d at least share that with us by now!

The mystery film isn’t coming in August, so when can we expect to see it? Well right now it’s all speculation, but we’re hoping Netflix will decide on a September 2022 release date. That would be one year since the first film debuted on our screens. Of course we wish it would have come out before, especially since they finished filming seven months ago, but here’s to hoping we get the thrilling movie next month!

We’re already missing Stranger Things, so it will be nice to see Brown on our screens as we wait for the fifth and final season of the popular sci-fi series.
